Associate Director (Australia)

A national project management consultancy were looking for a new Associate Director based in Sydney, Australia and the client wanted applicants from the UK and Europe. Austin Farrell conducted an in depth search across Europe and provided the client with a shortlist of five candidates. The successful candidate joined in November 2008.

Sales & Marketing Director (South East)

A privately owned international engineering, construction and project management organisation contacted Austin Farrell to find a Sales & Marketing Director for the UK. Austin Farrell found five potential candidates from the UK and Europe and a successful appointment was made.

Human Resources Director (North West)

An expanding UK based company that delivers cost and commercial management solutions asked Austin Farrell Ltd to find a Human Resources Director to run their national operations. Austin Farrell contacted other consultancies and provided the client with a shortlist of six candidates the result of which was an appointment of a proven senior Human Resources official.

Chief Executive (Dubai)

Austin Farrell was contacted by a leading organisation based in Dubai who were looking for a new Chief Executive due to the current person retiring. Austin Farrell contacted numerous companies across the Middle East and Europe and provided the client with a shortlist of six candidates which resulted in a successful appointment along with a second candidate being appointed for a Board Level role.

Sales Director (Midlands)

Austin Farrell Ltd worked on behalf of a leading organisation that provides telephony solutions to businesses. This role was created due to an internal promotion. Our client had a strategic vacancy for their UK business and we provided the client with a shortlist of six candidates. A successful appointment was soon made and the candidate started in February 2009. One of our candidates that was not successful for this particular appointment was offered a Regional position which they accepted and will start at the beginning of March 2009.
