Director - Power Plant Construction (Dubai)
Our client is an expanding international Design, Build and Engineering business who are currently experiencing an extremely busy period of project development within the energy sector.
The company has made several worldwide acquisitions over the years that contributes to their vision of becoming a leading construction specialist within the Energy sector.
This role is part of my client's global Construction Operations division.
The successful candidate will be accountable for the follwing:
* The success of the construction bid development efforts and for successful project construction execution processes.
* Assuring availability of resources with proper expertise and tools to support assigned construction project execution.
* Allocate resources and make decisions for assigned area in accordance with Division Policies, Standards, Guides and Contractual commitments.
Candidates must have the following:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction or equivalent
* Extensive international construction operations experience in the Power Generation and energy sector
* Conditions of Contract, H&S, Risk Management, Construction Management experience
* Negotiation, Bidding and Contractual agreements experience.
